Altered Swans Series

This is a medium swan.

As a sketch piece for the black series, this one began to go somewhere. It was just we were challenged for time. It was project that could have just continued. Here the Black Series look is added to with a variation of red. There are really exciting patched as the underneath emerges through the later addition of colour.

Each of these series works thought parts of Max’s journey in New Zealand, with emphasis on Christchurch, his partner, rock climbing and family. There is no explanation here, just a sense of being with each series.

It would be fantastic if this thread continues in the future, a possibility considering his family ties with Eketahuna!
