Deborah Illingworth

Deborah Illingworth is a multi-award winning artist and has been selected 7 times for the Adams Portrait Award. She has works in collections in London, Berlin and the British Cayman Islands. Critics have likened her work to the Southern Regionalists Bill Sutton and Rita Angus. In 2019 she moved from rural South Auckland to the Nireaha Valley, 7kms west of Eketahuna, and, as a new exhibitor, won ‘Emerging Artist’ at Aratoi’s Wairarapa Review.
