HISTORY
Titian Fish Jug
Originally a Titian piece. This was developed from the English Glug Glug Jug, that made a glugging sound as it poured.
A popular Victorian form. It can be recognized as bollards along the Thames in London. This form has been in continuous production for 120 years by various makers.
Our version, that Crown Lynn produced, after merging with Titian, was call ‘Fish Jug or Vase’, and is less likely to glug, than the English.
